Matter of size!
We understand that selecting the right size can be challenging when shopping online. However, please note that we do not offer exchanges for size changes. We encourage you to carefully review our size charts and product descriptions before making a purchase.
No exchange, refund Only!
Due to our commitment to sustainability, we do not offer exchanges. Instead, we provide refunds for eligible returns. This policy allows us to minimize our environmental impact by reducing unnecessary shipping and product waste.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Wrong Address - If you provide us with an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
